Mr. Ghani joined the Firm in December 2008 and became a Partner of the Firm in 2015 and is currently the Managing Partner of the Firm since 2024. Mr. Ghani has over sixteen (16) years of professional experience in corporate, commercial and civil litigation and commercial transactional work.

He specializes in corporate, civil, banking, finance, non-banking finance companies, modarabas, Islamic banking and financing, mines and minerals, intellectual property, competition and anti- trust, investment (local and foreign), telecom, estate management, revenue, international trade, power, anti-dumping and countervailing duties, consumer protection, labour, service trust, charities and other non-profit ventures and alternative dispute resolution.

As part of his professional work, he has handled major litigation, mergers, acquisition, scheme of arrangements, financing, arbitrations, mediations, expert determinations and negotiations. He has worked closely with Dr.

Parvez Hassan (Senior and Founder Partner of Firm) on all the important and major professional matters of the Firm since 2008.
